Firing all kilns, instructing classes, writing curriculum for youth classes, implementation of lessons plans, material inventory, troubleshooting of all studio problems, general studio maintenance, and all other types of administrative duties.

Created a fun and exciting learning environment for youths ranging in age from 8 to 18, by implementing diverse lessons focusing around exploring the many qualities of clay.

Additional Skill in Plaster Mold Making, Glaze Calculation, and Mixing and Spray glazing, Clay Recycling, Trouble Shooting Kiln problems, Kiln Element Changing, general wheel maintenance
